During the grand opening on Black Friday, we had the privilege of using our 65-ton crane to display the American flag during the tree lighting ceremony. Additionally, Flight on Ice announced a generous $50,000 donation to the Veterans Memorial Fund, a move that we are truly grateful to be a part of. With over 45 years in the business, Flight Entertainment and Schaffer Sound Productions have been pivotal in the entertainment scene since 1977. Schaffer’s decision to venture into a new endeavor during the COVID-19 pandemic stemmed from a client’s desire to create a winter wonderland, leading to the establishment of Vintner Wonderland Ice Skating Rink at Renault Winery and the subsequent installation of the Energy Transfer Veterans Memorial Rink in Edgemont.
Family is at the heart of Schaffer’s success, with his brother Ken as the creator of Schaffer Sounds and his nephew Jake actively involved in running Flight on Ice. Having accomplished over 30,000 weddings and collaborated with various artists, Flight Entertainment’s impact is evident.
