With eight new visas approved, four of which belong to our returning employees, we’re all set to discover some new faces who will be joining our family.
Joining Jeremy on this trip is our dedicated employee, Francisco, who’s been with Executive Tree Care for two, going on three years, and has taken a well-deserved trip back home for the winter. Not only is he back to see his family, but he’s also here to help us identify potential new hires.
Upon arriving at the bustling Consulate in El Salvador, Jeremy and Francisco are greeted by twelve eager candidates, all hopeful to secure one of the remaining four positions on our team. The day kicks off with introductions and paperwork, but it’s more than just formalities – it’s about getting to know the faces and stories behind each application. We hope to bring as much value to our new team members as they do for us. That’s why we take care of everything, from arranging work visas to securing driver’s licenses and medical cards. Our goal is to ensure our new members feel right at home from day one.
After interviews, we make the most of our time in this beautiful country. A brief pitstop at the local volcanoes provides a breathtaking view and even squeezed in some jet skiing fun. It’s a reminder that while we’re focused on work, there’s always room for a little adventure. Of course, all good things must come to an end. After our whirlwind tour and interviews, it’s time to head back to the States. Here’s to new beginnings and the bright future ahead for Executive Tree Care!
